Dairy Africa provide consultancy services to dairy farms to deliver complete farm set ups. Our HR package is tailored for companies that seek to focus on their core businesses of production/manufacturing by outsourcing technical sales and management staff for their products. This has the net effect of significantly cutting down on HR related expenses since we advertise, interview, recruit and manage the staff payroll on behalf of our clients. We charge reasonable management fees for this service per member of staff hired at remuneration rates agreed on with the client to cater for salaries , allowances and statutory deductions. Our clients include Kenya Markets Trust and Bidco Land O’ Lakes Limited, a reputable subsidiary of Bidco Africa that manufacturers animal feeds.
We train dairy farming practitioners on milk quality and hygiene along the dairy value chain and specialize in offering dairy nutrition packages for large and medium sized farms. We have the capability to set up dairy hubs, install equipment, train management and offer supportive management until profits are realized.
